My Playlist For When Life Kicks My Rear

posted in: Life 4

Somedays are just like that…

difficult

awful

miserable

painful

We all have them, but what do you do to come back from it?

How do you pick yourself up, when the only thing you can imagine is crawling back into bed and pulling the covers over your head?

Music soothes me, it comforts me, it is company whenever I need it {and it never talks back}. A few years ago, I made a playlist of songs that speak to my soul. Each song reminds me I am not alone, that God is always with me and He loves me, even when the world tells me otherwise.

It is my Love playlist.

I thought I would share it with you, in no particular order:

My Paper Heart- Francesca Battistelli

It Is Well- Kutless

Keep Singing- MercyMe

I Need You To Love Me- BarlowGirl

All I Need-Bethany Dillon

Undone- MercyMe

Beautiful, Beautiful- Francesca Battistelli

Waiting Here For You- Christy Nockels

Everyone Needs a Little- Kari Jobe

No Matter What- Kerri Roberts

Your Hands- JJ Heller (Not available on Spotify)

Desert Song- Hillsong Live

By Your Side- Tenth Avenue North

Bring The Rain- MercyMe

Beautiful- MercyMe

Not For A Moment- Meredith Andrews

Lord, I Need You- Matt Maher

Want to hear my list?

There is a great new app called Spotify. You can follow me {or other friends} and share music. I love it!

I’m very old……never heard of the artists on your playlist! However, I do like Fiest, and listening my husband’s jazz and latin cd (recorded a long time ago live on a job).
Happy you are sharing so much with everyone!
    xoxo and God bless you
