Essential Oils and Art for Anxiety Relief

posted in: Entrepreneur, Life, Tutorial 2

I frequently have essential oil blends diffusing at home and in my studio. I absolutely love the calming and inspiring combination of art and essential oils… they are definitely two of my favorite things! I thought it would be fun to make a post specifically about this simple change you can make in your life. Science suggests that both art and essential oils aid in anxiety relief. What could be better?
